Getting to and around Eindhoven

By Train DDW visitors getting off the train will find themselves in the midst of the design bustle. The intercity takes you to the Central Station in the heart of the city. Slow trains also stop at Station Strijp-S. Plan your journey via the website of the Dutch Railways. By Car Eindhoven is easy to access and to exit by car. From Amsterdam/Utrecht via the A2, Rotterdam/Tilburg via the A58, Antwerp via the A67, and from Arnhem/Nijmegen via the A50. At and around Strijp S/T/R sites and in the city centre are sufficient paid parking facilities. Get directions. By Plane Eindhoven Airport has a fast bus service that takes you to the Central Station in up to fifteen minutes. From there, the various DDW locations are excellently accessible on foot, by bike or by public transport. You can also take a cab: the price of a ride from the airport to the city centre is approx. € 25.00.

Staying Overnight

Are you planning to stay overnight? Eindhoven has numerous hotels in and around the city centre, where you can stay very comfortably. Most hotels are at capacity during the festival, we recommend to book very early to be sure to have a hotel room. Check thisiseindhoven.nl for an overview of hotels in Eindhoven.
